¨ Testimony of two years practical ministry

¨ List of four seminars attended

¨ Recommendation of Principal or District Leader.

¨ High School Diploma or Form 137 or equivalent

¨ Official Transcript of Records

¨ Logbook or Certification of 120 hours of practical ministry. Or a complete history of years in ministry.

¨ 12 Book Reports and 48 Sermon Outlines.

¨ A Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or Ministry, or equivalent degree.

¨ 1,000 words or more on one of these topics; (mini-thesis)

       A. Prophetic timeline of the End Times

       B. Pentecostal Doctrines or Statement of Faith

       C. History of the Pentecostal Church in the Philippines

       D. Evangelism in a local church

       E. Child Evangelism in a local church.

       F. Qualifications of apostleship.

       G. Qualifications of a Prophet.

¨ 2,000 words or more on one of these topics (Dissertation proposals);

       A. The Catholic or Anglican Holy Spirit Awakening in the Philippines.

       B. Birth of a Pentecostal denomination in the Philippines.

       C. Filipino  mission work abroad.

       D. The Filipino OFW as a missionary.

       E. The Ministry of an Apostle

       F. Definitions of the five-fold ministry.

¨ Copy of Master’s Degree
